Permalink Reply by Angie Torres on August 11, 2012 at 12:44pm We're located in Van Cortland Park, Bronx (Riverdale section). The teams are very competitive. We just completed our Home Run Derby tournament, as well as the All Star games. At this point, we are scouting teams for scrimmage games.

Permalink Reply by Charles Kramer on August 11, 2012 at 12:53pm Weekends are easiest, but we can do afternoon/night games on week days.
Permalink Reply by Angie Torres on August 11, 2012 at 12:55pm Ok, I will check the schedule and reply back! Btw, would you consider the team competitive or average? Also, where are you traveling from?
Permalink Reply by Angie Torres on August 11, 2012 at 12:56pm Also, are the children currently enrolled in school or HS graduates? This would determine the skill level that that I schedule.

Permalink Reply by Charles Kramer on August 11, 2012 at 1:03pm Well the skill level of the team is high, but there has been minimal practice time so it's not that great. We are traveling from manhattan and brooklyn. Most of the team are juniors and seniors in high school, with maybe one or two HS graduates.

Permalink Reply by Charles Kramer on August 12, 2012 at 7:12pm Yea that sounds perfect, are there umpire fees? Also, your team uses wood bats, right?
Permalink Reply by Angie Torres on August 15, 2012 at 10:18pm Sorry for not responding sooner....
Yes, we use wooden bats, and there's a split cost of $25 for the umpire fees. Please let me know if you are still interested in coming down and I will give you all the details. Perhaps we can speak on the phone to provide you with all the details. Speak to you soon.
